Dear Wally:

Our club is in the process of planning for the fall Madisonville Boat Festival. As mentioned earlier, much work has to be accomplished by our members to prepare stock for the children’s boat building tent

We have components remaining from material donated by Poole Lumber last year. We will however need approximately 1200 linier feet of 2 x4 material to fulfill our requirements for this year.

Poole Lumber has graciously donated material to our club since the inception of this function. The children enjoy the boat building tent and with your continued help we will be able to carry on with this effort.

We will return this year toWater Street where we receive more exposure. We have been located in the ball field for the past two years.

We are in possession of Poole Lumber construction signs from last year and we will be happy to display additional signage.
