Be it known that Dick & Julia Gahn have been a big part of the St.
Tammany WoodWorkers Guild for many years, and

 

WHEREAS, both Dick & Julia have given countless hours of time and
devotion to such activities as the Madisonville Maritime Museum Wooden
Boat Festival, especially making thousands of children happy with the
construction of a small boat, and

 

WHEREAS, hosting the annual pig roast has become the highlight of the
year and that all of their efforts do so much to promote fellowship
among the membership, and

 

WHEREAS, the membership appreciates Dick hosting a majority of the
meetings in his shop and his active involvement in club activities,
especially sharing his expertise with countless demonstrations, and

 

WHEREAS, the membership of the St. Tammany Woodworkers Guild is
eternally grateful for Dick and Julia’s unselfish dedication of time and
energies to the benefit of the Guild.

 

NOW BE IT KNOWN THAT the membership of the St. Tammany Woodworkers Guild
does hereby order Dick and Julia to go out and have a good time courtesy
of the Guild and that while they are out feasting that they know that we
are there in spirit and appreciate all that they have done.
